Account Issues

• How do i change my credit card details?

  To change your credit card details you will need to log into the "My account" area of the website.
  then in the account management area you will be able to view the credit card details which you are currently using.
  You can then choose to change these details by clicking on the "manage" button or adding a new credit card, this will take you through the same stages as when your entered your credit card details the first time with vegan.co.uk and it is then optional to save these settings so that you can re-order easier

   

• Signing out.

  If you are ordering from a public computer or a pc that someone else has access to it is a good idea to sign out of your account after you have finished shopping.
  If you are signed in the "Sign Out" box will appear on the screen, all you have to do is click this once to log out of your account.
  By signing out it means that no one else can accidentaly re-order anything from the site. To place an order again you will have to sign back in to the site.

   

• Forgot your password.

  If you have forgotten you password you can visit our password retrieval area of the site, all you have to do is type in the email address that you have registered with us and an email containing your password will be sent to you automatically within the next few minutes.

• I can't sign in.

  If you are having trouble signing in at vegan.co.uk it may be because you email address or password that has been entered is incorrect. You must use the email that you registered your account with, and if you have forgotton your password we can send you it back if you visit the forgot your password section.
  Also make sure your computer isn't auto-completing the email address for you as it may type the wrong one in.
