Simple, home made guacamole to spice up any picnic or mexican.
Ingredients:
3 Fresh green chillies
2 Limes
3 Avocados
1 Large bunch caroiander
1 Clove garlic
Salt and black pepper to taste
Buy ingredients
Method:
Blend the chillies, avocados, lime juice and coriander until creamy, but still with a few chunks. Alternatively leave a few small chunks of avocado and stir these in after blending.
Cover and stand in the fridge for ½ hour to allow flavours to diffuse.
Notes:
I like to add a chopped up small tomato to the mix after blending. |
