Ingredients:
250g Fresh vine tomatoes
1 Small onion,
1-2 Chillies
1 Clove garlic
1 Bunch coriander
Salt to taste
1 -2 tbsp Lime juice
1 tbsp Water
Buy ingredients
Method:
Finely chop the tomatoes, onion, chillies, garlic and coriander.
Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix, be careful not to mash the mixture.
Cover and place into the fridge for 30 minutes to allow flavours to suffuse.
Notes:
This recipe is very flexible. These are the basic ingredients but you can increase or decrease any or all of them to allow for personal taste. |
